Is there any way you can provide English captions? This is so interesting and relevant to myself but I can't understand Hindi - I wish I did, its such a beautiful language. I have cervical kyphosis and want to understand ROM movement when the head is more forward. I notice my ROM is different when I have my head more forward than when upright. Many thanks.

Indicates inflammatory changes resulting in degeneration. Finding the source and treating it is the key. Physiotherapy along with medical management is the only option.
