I'm Dr.Dhivya, Chennai based pediatrician. I suffer from one side neck pain past 12 years. One physio thought me mechanzie retraction and extension. No use at all. I tried retraction and internal bending past 2 weeks. No significant improvement. Before trying neck rotation, I wish we can have online consultation.

Dead colleague ,I am giving 5 sessions for neck pain Lf side radiculopathy. I m doing 1) scalene ,TCM, other muscles release 2) NTT for Median, and radial N. Patiemd feels better now but he travel by bike and he faces some vibes as roads not well. Again he felt pain as same above. So further what I should evolve friend?

darkangyt78 angel Dear, It is due to the fact that the vestibular system is supplied by penetrating small vessels of Basilar artery, PICA, and Internal auditory artery which again are originating from basilar artery. The vestibular part suffers ischaemic changes due to lack of rich collaterals and basilar artery disease (atherosclerosis). Now if we shut down the patent basilar artery than it will lead to sudden significant decrease in blood supply to vestibular apparatus which will affect the vestibulo-occular reflex and will lead to gauze instability (nystagmus).
