In knee extension stretch do i contract my quads? or keep it loose?? and do i push i knee into hyperextention and push with little bit of force or not go in hyperextention?

Good questions, I would try to keep it relaxed at first and if you want more stretch either add some weight or push with your hand. For the hyperextension, I would try to get it equal to the other side. So if your other side hyper extends a bit, try to match that.

Yep! For this stage I would try to do these every day or at least most days.
