My drive side chain popped off, I put it back on but I saw how sloppy it was and thought I'd better buy a new one as the current one appears stretched. AND then you showed me that the tension "on this particular model" was adjustable! I ran out to the mower and was lucky enough to have the model you are working on. :-) I adjusted the tension and all is well with the world. Thanks so much for taking the time to create and post this video!

Enjoyed your video..but I noticed at the end that the clutch adjusting rod is behind the clutch belt. Shouldn't it be in front of the belt?

Great video! Those spacers and pulley look clean for the Predator engine swap. May I ask what the length and ID/OD of those spacers are and the belt pulley size and where you bought them from? Thank you!!

Do you clean the parts you take off or leave them as is

Well done, my friend. I used to work on golf courses and chased alot of these types of machines around for years, like the old 2 strokeJacobson greens mowers. Fixed alot of them too. Good job.👍 But a "Predator" engine?! Harbor Freight replacement, maybe? Anyway. I enjoy the vids so keep 'em coming. But take some time off for Christmas and New Years. Have MERRY and a HAPPY!! 🙏✝️🎄🎉

What is the Correct size chain

Great video buddy! Quick question. I have a reel mower that has a very stretched out chain that engages the reel. You said that it will cause the reel to chatter and I believe that happened on mine. I got a whining noise and eventually, the chain popped off. What happened was it bent the connecting link outward. The chain itself didn't break, but once the connecting link bent, it just popped off. I replaced the connecting link and it cut some more before the same thing happened again. There are also a couple of seized up links in the chain. Do you think that is what caused the connecting link to bend? I've never seen that happen before!

The 1st chain you cut how long is it? 44 links or 46 links?
