MCode - Kutsja’o’ - Pitch Technovation 2021

Throughout their lives, women experience gender-based violence. According to the World Health Organization, 3 out of 5 women worldwide experience violence. In Mexico, 26 million women do not have their own income, which makes them more vulnerable to violence.
For this reason, MCode seeks to help women between 25 and 35 years by preventing them from falling into economic dependence by making an app where they can upload their skills and connect them with a company or small business that can hire them and this way guarantee their own income.
Our app Kutsja’o’ is focused on middle-class women who have not yet experienced violence or are beginning to notice signs of it, with the intention of preventing the problem from getting bigger. With our app, users will be able to access verified vacancies,choose the best option that matches their profile and apply.
