Hybridization of carbon in fullerene is sp2 and when it undergoes electrophilic addition reaction it changes to sp3 there by reducing angle strain .So dont confuse hybridization as sp2 and sp3 .its sp2. Here it becomes sp3 is when it reacts as discussed🎉🎉 🎉🎉
