But parliament can amend the constitution by simple majority also . There are many provisions which can be amended by simple majority . Few of them are- use of official language, second schedule , quorum in parliament and so on

Mam Constitution ko simple majority se bhi amend kiya ja sakta hai. Aisa tab kiya jata hai jab koi naya state banana ho ya kisi state ki Boundary aulter kari ho ya kisi state ka naam badalna ho. Apka ans wrong hai Constitution simple, special, and special with ratification of state sabhi types se amend kiya ja sakta hai. Please correct it.

No it is not consider amendment as stated in article 4

Constitution can be amended in 3 ways 1) by simple majority (like formation of new states,etc) 2) Special Majority of parliament ( FRs and DPSP) 3) Ratification of half of the state legislatures(GST, Election of president,etc) But Simple majority is outside the scope of Article 368( which means the simple majority is not the amendment under article 368) So according to this the answer is correct The question is asking only under article 368
