MCR UNBOXING + APPLE PRODUCTS 😊

VIDEO SUMMARY:
In this video, I'm sat at my standard home studio recording setup (where I do livestreams and zoom calls on Saturdays) to unbox some stuff. This week the "stuff" is Apple products and a My Chemical Romance product. The apple stuff was kind of an impulse purchase while I was at the Apple store, but I'm pretty happy with everything I got and I've been using it for quite a while now. Weirdly, I didn't think to include the My Chem record in an unboxing prior to the filming of this video. I found myself mid-recording, thinking, “it would make for a better video if I unboxed that great record” -- so I hoped up and grabbed the record out of my bedroom. Fun fact: this video was recorded very late in the day -- in the past I've shot videos in the mornings or early afternoon. Because so much was going on that week, I ended up recording the video right before I went to bed. This may end up being a more common thing as things are getting even more hectic as of late. It feels like everything is happening all at once and on top of that, I've started making two videos a week in an effort to get ahead of the video airing. In an ideal scenario, I would be 6 videos ahead and would be able to miss a week of shooting but still give you all a video. Just thought I'd tell you what's on my mind. Back to the description now! So the apple product is a bedside charging mount that works with an iPhone and a pair of AirPods. The unboxing and setup for it didn't take too long and if this looks like something that you'd find useful -- I've had a great experience with it and feel that it makes charging these devices a lot easier. As for the Purple Velvet vinyl, it's an Urban Outfitters exclusive product, and the only reason for my discovery of this eccentric piece of vinyl is the fact that I happened to be in Malibu with friends and as we were shopping I noticed it on a shelf. So that may be a little harder to find if you're looking to get it for your collection. Anyway, I thought that this was quite a simple video and a return to the studio based videos I posted a lot of in 2020. Vlogs are really fun (and I'll continue to put them out) but it's really nice to just sit down and talk to you all about something rather than the run-and-gun filming required for a vlog. I hope you enjoyed the video as much as I enjoyed making it! Next week will be a vlog-style video.
