it takes one guy like 3 months to make a good animation. I am trying to get to the point where I can post an animation every month or 2 weeks. So I am building a team. I need them to only work for me. other wise what will I have for my channel if I work for everyone else? Many people every day ask me for an animation. if granted every request my channel would have nothing. You will find your own people. I am sure you will.
