There is a guy (Alien Food) that is doing an Ironman series called Unguided where he is doing every quest without any guides or help and it's wild to see even some of the most simple things being insanely hard to figure out without guides or other people. Only exceptions he's made were for Shield of Arrav and The Legends Quest ofc since those require other people.

Had a challenge idea after Nightmare Mode finishes. You are locked to one region of your choice. (No, this isn't Swampletics again.) If you leave that region, that region becomes permanently inaccessible, and you must find a new region to stay in, which is declared by the first actual activity you do in that region -- such as talking to an NPC, crafting something using a workstation in that region, etc. Basically, what this means: - Say you decide to start out in Morytania. If you do something that requires you to go to Al-Khaerid, and you go there, Morytania is no longer accessible. - If your end goal is the Inferno Cape, your last destination must be Karamja. - This means by extension, you can't simply "go in and grab the fire cape," and then exit. If you do so, you immediately fail the end goal because you have done something in Karamja and then promptly left, meaning you are now banned from Karamja, which means you can't access the Inferno. - Which means by extension if you choose to get in from Port Sarim, because you have to do Pirate's Treasure, you have interacted with an NPC in that region. Once you enter Karamja, Port Sarim is gone. By that idea, Pirate's Treasure is no longer doable, because you have left the region and are banned from entering Port Sarim. This could be too easy because my Runescape knowledge isn't great.
