I was a marvel/dc fanatic until about 2019. It took me 5 separate tries to get through thor 4. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was everything wrong with ragnarok stretched into 2 hours.

I liked Gor but except for the scenes where he actually does stuff he’s so BORING! On top of that he plans to murder every god and abducted all children of Asgard to lure out Thor. Soooo why does this have the same jokey tone as Ragnarok…?

I still haven't figured out why they didn't show him going across the universe killing Gods. I heard they shot this but cut it from the movie. It wouldn't have saved the movie but still it was a big part of Gor's story that would've fleshed out the character more.

EVERYTHING has become normified, even gaming. Nerd media isn’t niche anymore which is part of the reason it was so seen as so unpopular for so long in the first place. With everything being normied, the soul of what made it unique is gone. They have to dumb everything down. They turned Fallout (my fav NV) from a thinking man’s game with its writing to a CW joke with the show.
