I am so goddamn fed up with X-Plane retailers not permitting user reviews. This is an exceptionally good sound-pack that many people will never know even exists because of that, and it's an enormous shame. Honest to god, these are probably the best XP11 sounds ever made for an aircraft.

Thank you for your kind words. We are glad you like the sounds. Cheers

I have all your soundpacks for P3D. Wouldn't fly without them anymore. Would you consider doing one for the Aerosoft CRJ? It's a nice aircraft but the sounds leave a lot be desired in my opinion.

I was just about to buy this pack, but one single thing in this video kept me from doing so, and that is the abrupt cut in rolling sound as the nose is raised (and I assume the mains leave the ground) at 7:12-7;14. That one unnatural cut to me personally, is a real immersion killer that would make me annoyed at every take off. Hope you can fix it. (P.S It would have been perfect if you had added the noise of the rotating nose wheel coming to a stop, as is heard on real cockpit videos).

I don't know who to contact but it seems like possibly this pack is causing a crash for me [Rotate MD-80] Source number 12 failed to play with message: alError cannot queue alerts. Failed to queue current buffer ={This application has crashed because of the plugin: MD-80-core}= (Art controls are modified.)
@ImmersiveAudio3 жыл бұрын
Hello. The soundpack is updated to v1.01, and the issue that causes the crash for some users is fixed. Head to your account and download new version, be sure to overwrite all files. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@@ImmersiveAudio Hey, I just noticed the stall aural is different now, is the new version correct to the MD-80 or the first one you did...in 1.00 their were 2 women's voices.
@ImmersiveAudio2 жыл бұрын
Yes, we adapted the aural warnings to match the length of Rotate original ones, as our longer sounds were causing a CTD. Rotate's sound engine gimmick. :-)

Really well done! But the gpws test Is unrealistic, they are like a 737 gpw

We recorded a lot of sounds in AA (American Airlines) MD-82, and it uses the same GPWS as 737NG. Depends on a configuration.

@@ImmersiveAudio so the sounds are recorded from the md82 right? why the title is md80? 🤔
@komrad19833 жыл бұрын
@@ImmersiveAudio I wanted to say let me see a AA company official who got through FAA and let you record in there but then I remembered that all AA MD-8x fleet was sent to Rosewell back in 2019 :facepalm: Thing is that the rest of the sounds are not from MD-82 as well, since I happened to know them really good. I could tell when I've heard the Spoiler Arm sound as well as Purse Trim sounds that these are generic sounds not from real MD-82.
@ImmersiveAudio2 жыл бұрын
The title is MD-80 because it's for the "Rotate MD-80 Pro" addon.
@ImmersiveAudio2 жыл бұрын
If you really need to know, the soundpack is recorded in September 2019, in AA MD-82, DFW International Airport, literally in the last moments before the Maddog was sent to the retirement. The recording was done by the AA ramp employee who got furloughed shortly after because of the pandemic. Spoiler Arm sound is hard to simulate in the Rotate MD-80, because the whole spoiler lever uses only ONE sound for the movement. And yes, it was recorded on a MD-82 flight.
