Apparently it looks like that the pilots regard the checlist as a routine formality whereas in case of take off and landing of the aircraft the requiredl configuration has it crucial role in ensuring safe and smooth take off and landing of the aircraft. The pilots must remain extremely vigilant during the checklist exercise otherwise they will not only put on risk their own lives but also the lives of their flight's passengers. There must be a separate LED screen on which the required checklist items must be displayed and those once set by the pilots must be shown through bright green colour lights bullets and the missed checklist items is represented through bright red colour light bullets which can pointout the missed checlist items for the pilots in order to enable them to complete the checklist as per the required configuration and avoid the crash.
