^Relicade. Hey MDawg, I just thought of something and confirmed in on my account that might be a great option for Kouri. The Adriatica Friction Brake can be upgraded. 8.5kg costs 26.50 silver, 9kg costs 80. So 475 silver for 8.5kg reel. 529 for 9kg. Note the 9kg upgrade isn't available at Belaya, only 8.5. the 9kg upgrade is available at kouri, but 160 silver. Also maybe worth checking that Supercast and other cheaper options. Hopefully someone will make a list of all the upgradable reels soon.

Really love the deeper dive into leveling at places that require an upgrade in gear as it shows the struggles of matching the gear to the area and the risk that fishing with lower gear can create.

From my perspective, it is also worth to upgrade starting rods to pro feeder kits. Breaming will be easier and more efficient with them. and after that waving for Caliber HSV. You can later use Calibers with the Fantazia rods from kits. You won't be able to use full friction break of the reel but you would be able to start carp fishing at bear sooner and save for carp rods to combine with HSV's later.

Hey bud, its 4yahawg from your last twitch stream. biggn is my in game name, and Hawg in your discord. I was watching a tutorial from over a year ago, and you were telling me about this one in your last stream... Now things make sense. lol. I am currently level 15 close to 16. I have 3 of the 149 silver feeder rods i have been farming bream with, finally have saved up over 1k silver, i am saving up for a decent spinner setup, I am thinking about the pulsar 4000 series (9kg) and the rod you chose. the 570XH (13.1kg) or just keep farming bream. unsure yet. Anyways great series and keep up the awesome videos!

Hey dude! Give the 6g Dragonfly Bell 2 003 and 2 005 a try on Belaya, both of them tend to do pretty well with catching Greyling and the occasional Brown Trout, they cast better than the Spiker, Hornet and Aikkila lures while you're using a higher test kit like the starter ones. Good luck.

Everyone who is starting on kouri you can use sabre 60s or sputnik proton 6000

adriatica is a good option too, its like 400-500 silver and 50 silver to mke it 9.5kg
