@@amnatariq8575 how is that possible? do you mean till 7 pm or 7 hours study? when he returns home at 5, obviously he need to eat and rest till 6. so 6-1 am??? and wake up at 6/7???? with only 5-6 hours sleep? i don't recommend. Don't just study for "7 hours" have a daily goal that you're supposed to complete these things today, whether that takes 2 hours or 8.

@@manahilshaukat936 I agree with this sentiment, but your previous comment which stated that a minimum of 7 hours study should be implemented after 6 pm, is in my opinion not suitable. I have wholly agree with this comment. Also, studying alot is not necessary, as I mentioned that I always have a daily to do list which I ought to complete, such as today I had to complete 2 chapter of bio and 1 of chemistry, I don't put a time limit on myself, if it takes 10 hours, so be it, if it takes 3, so be it. Also, I suppose it's based on our subjective opinions, I prefer quality over quantity, but others ideas may vary.
