I like that you didn't attach anything to the top of the walking platform.

You're like some tabletop Bob Ross. A few brushes, bit of cutting and before we know it you always show us insanely dope results.

@@LenricsRealmSpeaking of chicken legs: maybe you could do your own twist of a Baba Yaga and put a female necromancers altar or something like that on top.

I think this might be your coolest terrain piece yet :D There's a heavy Terry Gilliam vibe all over it - it wouldn't look out of place in an alternate universe Dark Monty Python :D

Thank you! I see what you mean- Also Dark Monty Python sounds like an awesome TTRPG Setting :D

Thank you! I’m pretty happy with it as well. So much so that I would love to paint a miniature with this effect. Not sure which though.

Awesome video Matt! The intro looks crazy. Reminds me somehow of darkest dungeon. The walking mausoleum came out really great! And big thanks for your support ❤

Thank you man! And thank you for the nice package. I really love your sculpts! You are also spot on with the darkest dungeon reference.

NICE!!! I like the modular idea, gives you more options for your games.

Yes, I'm super happy with that as well!

Fantastic build but i must say leaving the building and leg platform separate is the best idea- because if I was a player at your table I'd be trying to get the legs as a mount!! Lol.

Why not go further and build a small fortress on top of it for the whole party 😄

This is an awesome build! With how covered this MDF kit is I'm curious about your thoughts of using an MDF kit as a base vs just trying to scratch build the same structure with foam and maybe cardboard/chipboard for support.
@LenricsRealm11 ай бұрын
This is an interesting question. I decided to go this route because of the timeframe I had to work with here, but in the end modifying the mausoleum was still the most time consuming part of the build. I think it is still faster than building something completely from scratch as you don’t need to plan out what your build is going to look like. Working with mdf kits frees up a lot of mental space in that regard, though I wouldn’t say I prefer one over the other.

awesome Project! imo its a bit to big but still so cool! and it was a good decision to not glue the Mausoleum to the Legs!

This video has once again stirring within me a strong desire to buy a hot wire cutter. Very nice additions to the MDF kit!
