Peace brotha! I owned the F.A.A.K 2 Heavy Metal graphic novel for years. That is until some asshole I lent it to kept it. Compared to the GN, this movie could be considered PG-13.

Man, this is a blast from the past. While I'd heard JJJ and Megalomaniac before this (and loved them thanks to the Mortal Kombat movie soundtracks), this was the song that officially got me into KMFDM (and MDFMK of course). Easily one of my top 10, if not my number one track. Thanks for the remaster

I have a 2004 Mustang SVT Cobra in my garage. The only disc in the CD player is a burnt disc of the 2 import MDFMK tracks, ANGST,& NIHIL tracks, and Missing Time. Ever since 2001 when I listen to this song I think about what happened to the twin towers.

I would never, ever, never, ever engage in such criminality even though I grew up in that sweet spot of music/movies all over file sharing services. Definitely, not me.🤣🤣🤣 When it comes to KMFDMMDFMK I can say with certainty that I own all disc/vinyl and even cassettes.

Money goes everywhere, sometimes money will find it's way back to groups by them allowing the money to be diverted away AT FIRST, though it's obvious everyone says that, right? "It's coming/on the way" they always say.

@@drp1bb856 But I relate, before KZbin, any and all music I listened to of various kinds was always from physical libraries, and taken home to be burned, while the physical copy would go right back to the "Original Owners". I'd say I have a fair and very firm understanding of Piracy, stealing credit/copying and simple redistribution, which neither side should be putting monkey wrenches in. It's something that consumerism has fucked over and brainwashed people slowly over time, even just listening to someone off platform is offensive to some now.

Regardless of Heavy Metal 2000 being inferior to the original movie, this song rocks. Also, Missing Time was originally meant to be part of the late-1990s version of the video game Prey which ultimately never released.

I find it deeply ironic that this music video is getting a High Definition Remaster while the movie this footage from, Heavy Metal 2000, has itself gotten no such remaster or even HD transfer, to my knowledge. So yeah, I love KMFDM/MDFMK and all, but I guess these clips are the closest thing we'll ever get to a real Heavy Metal 2000 remaster. Guess i'll just.... watch this video and imagine what could have been. heh.
