In the Comics. Batman said. Dick Grayson saw Robin as a thrill, that's why he out grew it, Jason Todd saw it as a game why it got him killed. But Tim I have to hand it to the boy he want's to be the world's greatest detective, from what I've seen so far he will someday. even goes to say That He and Alfred would work for Tim someday. Dick Grayson says that Tim is a better Robin than he ever was and he'd be a better Batman. Jason Todd puts on Tim's grave marker. The best of us all. Tim is hands down the best Robin claimed by those before him. Damian would never say it out loud lol but he looks up to Tim. Tim's wicked smart he even is batman in the future and his future self slammed every previous robin''s butt! Saying he wasn't the best fighter when he started as Robin but over the years had studied and mastered every single one of his Bat family members fighting skills. so yeah. As I said, there are some bars that can be applied to multiple Robins but the only Robin who has any bars that can only be applied to him are Tim. Orphan, Damian, and Dick are my favorites personally. In regard to Batman vs Red Hoods philosophy I’ll push back on your siding with Red Hood without getting into morality by simply pointing out the fact that the real failure in the way Batman operates is really just a failure on the criminal justice system side of things because realistically a lot of the worst people he puts in jail would realistically be sentenced to death and while we may not actually carry out many of our death penalties in the real world I think given the level of mass atrocity committed by some of the people in the DC world that people wouldn’t be as opposed to it. Also some would probably be considered domestic terrorists as well as guilty of using weapons of mass destruction such as the joker toxin and fear toxin adding to the likelihood of execution regardless of any attempts at insanity pleas. Of course the reason this never happens is simply plot so they can keep using villain characters so I guess you could say Batman has it the best when it comes to plot armor but also has it the worst because his villains get equal plot armor ensuring Batman can never succeed. Outside of that I think in theory Batman’s way of operating should work in his world particularly if coupled with the use of power and influence as Bruce Wayne to improve conditions in Gotham specifically.

For the record Batwoman and Batgirl are two different characters Batwoman had a live-action CW TV show Batgirl did not. Also Batman's moral code has nothing to do with the number of bad guys it's his personal moral code. He doesn't let himself give in and kill the baddies because he knows he won't be able to stop himself if he does. Red hood on the other hand can control himself because he only wants to kill the worst of the worst
