MDMA was the best drug I ever tried back when it was legal (early 80's)... I can see how it would help people with PTSD. Nice to see it making a therapeutic comeback.

I'm 15 years old and I was diagnosed with PTSD, depression and anxiety. I went through severe childhood abuse and started going through therapy (only went for a few months though) and it helped me very little. Everyday was just really crap and dark for me... I mentioned MDMA therapy to some people before and they thought that I was an idiot, but I decided to still try it when I first had the opportunity to. I finally got to, one week ago with a friend. I feel soo much more relieved of my PTSD symptoms and depression and anxiety and just feel a lot more positive now. I can actually feel happy and peaceful. It gave me a new outlook and perspective on everything. Psychedelics have many negative stereotypes which aren't true. People need to be educated on how therapeutic and great these drugs are. My MDMA experience was profound and amazing and helped me get a huge jump start on healing and recovering now. I just wish that other people that are dealing with hard stuff have the same opportunity to save their life, like it has for me.

You might be a bit young for MDMA, not sure?
@andrewg37687 жыл бұрын
+Tilman Gaß yes I understand but was just saying. I wish I could get the treatment suffered my whole life I can't remember a time when I've been OK. I've been hurting since perhaps I was 5 and I'm now 41. I went through abuse for 20 years and bullying for 5 years. Also sexual harassment and sexual threats by strangers when I was 9. then on top of that humiliation by teachers police officers and mental abuse by both. I would have loved to get this therapy but I wouldn't know what age was too young just thought it might be with brain still developing for all I know thst might be a good time. I know best to take cannabis once the brain stops growing say 22. I have never had any sort of life no real friends, scare potential woman off I have social anxiety depression anxiety and c-ptsd servere insomniac amoung other things. I'm glad it has helped tge young guy. here's to all.healing. I hope this film speeds up the chance for people to be treated. 5 years or longer is far too long.

So many millionaires in this world, so many rich people.. If I had that amount of money I would donate at least a 100 000$ for charity, as for helping organisations legalise MDMA. There would be less toxic supstances, which would lead to less deaths and more peace to this world. Sadly, I'm only 18 so I don't have the power to influence that much on these things. I can only hope good things happen as soon as possible.

This movie needs to happen, it's going to create so much controversy but people need to see this movie. I've taken mdma before and it did more to help me then any antidepressant or mood stabilizer on the market and I've been on pretty much all of them at some point.
@sedwebmuis9 жыл бұрын
For me the same thing...I have been chronically depressed for decades..when I take xtc or mdma I snap out of it for weeks..but eventually the basic state comes back..so it's not a definite cure..but the antidepressants on the market for the last 30-40 years do not contribute at all to curing, so much more research is needed..

I'd like to thank Immanuel, This film is going to be REVOLUTIONARY, MDMA can be used for healing and this movie has educated me more on the beneficial effects of it and how this beautiful experience can bring you closer to your friends, yestarday me and my buddy nate and his girlfriend had gotten some pure MDMA, we tested it in a reagent tester, it tested positive for pure mdma, at this point in my experience (having gotten research chemicals before from untrusted sources, such as 4-MEC (4-Methylcathione), Methylone, and BK-MDMA, I was very excited to have this experience, we each bought half a gram, and I (being used to snorting) insulfated a .1 of a gram and Nate had taken the sane amount only this time he had taken it orally, I was met with a quite bitter taste and it burned going up the nose, at first I thought it was a bad idea, as we set off on our walk to get a coffee, something I had noticed not 5 minutes after we left I was getting an intense feeling of energy that I usually get with most Amphetamines, at this point I had ran up to nate and said "Man, I Feel zippy", he then looked at me puzzled and said "Dude, You just took that line, you shouldn't feel it yet" I then explained to him that when you choose to snort, your exposing your brain to higher concentrations of MDMA, causing the effects to have an almost immediate effect, as we continued our walk I noticed a very drunk - like state, I was having trouble walking straight and I was getting very empathetic towards them, Nate has been my best friend for about 3 or 4 years now, little did I know there was alot I didn't know about him, and I learned more about my best friend during our MDMA experience than I ever have before, I also noticed visuals slightly, not full on hallucinations, but I was having some beautiful Pseudo hallucinations such as patterns on the walls and the walls and ground started moving and breathing slightly, by this point we were walking back to our apartment and Nate was starting to notice his dose kicking in too, due to his fast metabolism, it took effect quicker on him with an oral dose, his girlfriend Kayla, whom I've known since I was very young, had said to me and him both "I don't feel anything yet guys" this look of disappointment arose on her face, being the most educated on MDMA and other drugs, I reassured her that she will feel it, she just needs to let it come on, it sometimes can take a bit, as I said this to her, nate stopped dead in his tracks and turned around and said "Dude, I'm getting high on it now I think" I then asked him to explain what he was feeling, at this point, I knew I was definitely feeling the effects, I was seeing trails, music sounded great and I had an overall sense of well being, empathy and energy, I then looked at Kayla and said "Are my pupils dilated?" she said that they looked extremely large, and nate was starting to come up pretty intensely, we got back home and went and sat down, we took a couple tokes, I didn't even get to my first one when I looked up and noticed that nate was getting the jitters, he was shaking violently and didn't understand what was happening, me and Kayla the rushed to his aid to reassure him he is alright and that he is just coming into the experience, he then also noticed he was clenching his jaw, he put his retainer in as I reassured him again, it is just the MDMA and this is how it effects our body's, he had calmed down and was cuddling with Kayla, by this time I was starting to peak, and this is when I got hit by a intense wave of euphoria and empathy, we all started opening up to each other, kayla had dilated pupils but didn't understand what to expect, and she had said she was feeling happy and lovey, I told her that was the experience and that she's gonna have fun, we ended up just all chilling out and talking for what seemed like hours, in reality it had only been a half hour, once the empathetic feeling diminished a bit, I remembered about Immanuel and MDMA: The Movie, and I said "Nate, I have something to show you" he said go ahead so I then went on to KZbin and came to this video, and he was absolutely amazed on how MDMA can help you open up to your close friends and how it can help PTSD, we even watched the sneak peak, and I then educated them both a bit more on DanceSafe and how that if we had them at every festival, alot more teens our age and even older people would be able to stop an overdose because they would be able to test they're MDMA and make sure that it is in fact MDMA and not a research chemical or another street drug, essentially saving the lives of so many people, and letting them experience MDMA for what it really is, a truly unique and eye opening experience, and I will always agree that it shouldn't be used in a party setting, it should definitely be used in a clinical setting, because without the right knowledge and education, even MDMA can be harmful or even fatal if not used properly, so I'm going to end this with a huge thank you to Immanuel and DanceSafe, and everybody helping to make MDMA: The Movie for helping us get more educated and showing us how Ecstasy became the world's favourite drug. Thank you guys soo much and good luck with the film, I can't wait to see the full thing, more people need to understand the importance of the MDMA experience and how it can help our Veterans and even normal people treat they're PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), how an MDMA experience with the one you love, may even help resolve problems in the relationship, and can be used for an effective therapeutic treatment for problemed couples, and I'm very pleased and proud to say that yestardays MDMA experience has helped me overcome my recent addiction to Methamphetamine, my experience overall showed me that there is more to life than drugs, and that the only thing I need is the people around me who love and care for me, I think for certain drug addictions, it could be an effective way to show these addicts that they are better than this and that they can kick it, thanks to MDMA. Keep me posted about the film guys and hopefully this shows people that it's not MDMA killing people, it's research chemicals made to mimic the effects of MDMA, and some even give a completly different effect, there's only one substance that can perfectly imitate it and that substance would be MDMA itself.

When it fails to do so it is then a crime against humanity. The drug war is the ultimate crime against humanity.
