If you are using an ASUS ROG motherboard and you are using armoury crate, try to uninstall and re-install the app to fix this Worked for me

For me , it got solved after pressing on (fn +F6 ) then clicked on esc button and it stopped flickering

I'm having the same issue I already tried everything and nothing works for me, even i tried to install Windows 10 (is a new laptop that comes with W11 by factory), it's an ASUS, its seems that many people owning one has the same issue at some point, plus in my case i did other changes to the registry editor, group policy and de-bloater tweaks, but it seems that nothing of them are interfering with the system or program running at the moment it flickers and minimize many times the game's window without even clicking it.
