OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That come back at 2:55 is one of the coolest things I've ever seen in thousands of watched street fighter matches. Seriously. God damn!!!! I gave Jimmy shit before about being pompous and putting down other players, but I think the guy has changed and become much cooler and more honorable. A little taunting is fine, but he's brought it way down. Happy this guy is succeeding. He's earned it.

Amazing job Jimmy. As someone who's played pretty much only Ryu since I was 10 and first saw the original SF at a waterslide park, you're a joy to watch. Obviously that makes me pretty aggressively middle aged at this point, and unlike Daigo, my fighting game prime is well behind me, but I still love watching people like you carrying the torch. Jimmy, check out "the art of learning" by Josh Waitzkin, the young chess prodigy, about the pressures of competing and how to train when you're in a situation that comes huge with distractions like audiences, nervousness, and your own mental pressure to succeed when it matters. It's an amazing book. It talks about things like training with loud distracting music on to learn how to tune out distractions and stay focused. And a ton of other things. Dealing with nerves, psychologically, is just as important as training combos. Time to start reading some sports psychology books dude, you're reaching that level where it will mostly be about the mental side of things. Good look bro.
