Wuji is the official name in CQL for the song. first it was wangxian (like it is in the novel) but due to censorship it was to obvious so they re- named it Wuji. looking closely at LWJ in the turtle cave scene (lipreading) you see that LWJ/WY is saying "wangxian".

so the thing is...what you can hear in The Untamed is not Xiao Zhan's voice. In China they dub the dramas and the reason is, almost no one is actually really good at speaking Chinese properly XD What I mean is, the actors come from all around the China and the dialects vary from place to place...and Chinese being a tonal language makes it more difficult to just understand the others even though you technically do speak "one language". Basically, the dialect in Beijing is officially appointed as the standard Mandarin but obviously not everyone in China is from Beijing and can speak it. Xiao Zhan is from Chongqing for example. So they use voice actors who speak perfect Beijing dialect and they dub over everyone who doesn't. But long story short, this voice actor is indeed the same one who dubbed Wei Wuxian in The Untamed.

@@anonymousme3571 let's add that the voice of XZ and WY sound very similar :) I think using professional voice actors due to the reasons mentioned above they are able to do a very good job and already could start dubbing while the filming was still going on (so more time to adapt) maybe🤷
