You should check out the "Mechout 4" mod. It lets you build automatons with parts from battletech mechs and is a 100% essential part of all my load orders. Codsworth stomping around as an unstoppable hulking killing machine with a poilte demeanor and dapper accent is peak Fallout to me.

This feels like a scene from a movie. The Sole Survivor and Codsworth, about to face their greatest challenge yet: a Deathclaw! As the monstrous creature roars in defiance, the robot expresses a bit of sentimentality more than he was originally designed to have, hinting that he's developed true sentience over the 200 years he's been alone. The two bond a bit deeper, and with a rallying cry, send the overgrown lizard back to the vat it crawled out of.

yeah, unlike those motherfucking loser MacCready he is. I really annoyed how imbecile, weak, and pathetic, because how easily he share his story/feelings despite story-wise is like "dude, we are not that close, we even know each other just because you are a mercenary I hired" and despite he said something like "I don't easily share my feeling." Whenever I ask him to go to a point he always choose the terrible path and say "I can't go there." Despite being a mercenary, he's rather weak to kill enemies. Damn, I felt like I'm starting to be like him, sharing too easily. I never (or rarely) had these problems with other companions, maybe it just because he and I was never bonded through story and once again, how easily he share his feelings and a terrible mercenary, thus felt annoyed.
