I'm hooked up to 50am service. Do I need to have my inverter on? if not does it hurt anything to just keep it on? Thanks

You can leave it on, it will just remain in standby until you unhook from power.

I have the remote but no cable.... what type of cable you use to connect th remote to inverter?

It is an RJ12 telephone cable

It depends on your remote. If you go to battery type and have an option for custom or lithium then yes. If not then no. Give us a call if you need help setting up 800-621-1271!

Can I get the agm battery setup for this controller? I am switching from Lith batts back to my OEM agm batteries and need that configuration setup.

You can choose AGM as your battery type in the setup menu.
