I agree. A big part of our lifestyle contributes to our mental health. I have been anxious too. I quit FB, I started journaling, I eat healthy foods, and I also allocate time for home workout and I am feeling better now. I still overthink but not that much. I pray that whoever reads this will also heal gradually. Thanks for this vlog, Rica. You are relatable! 😍

Haha..so true..the bigger the floor area. Nakakapagod. Yung bata ako ang happy ko kasi big house, big lawn and big garden. 5 helpers to help out clean and maintain. And now, im adulting and living alone. Naku, nakakapagod. I have more appreciation with smaller space or simply just enough for me. Appreciate your vlog. Thank you for sharing. Stayblessed.

OMG! What can I say? Bakit lahat ng contents mo Ms. Rica nangungusap sakin. - Anxiousness because I'm too overwhelmed sa lahat ng responsibiltiies ko as a mother - Hard to sleep because of overthinking. Iniisip ko kung paano ko tatapusin yung mga dapat kong gawin on the next day - Thinking twice to do theraphy because I want to prioritize my son's theraphy and I know that God is my greates theraphy - Just posted to my IG 2 days ago about going out of our house, I need to think thrice ahahahaha kasi nga ang daming guilt feelings kapag mag me time ang mga nanay. Coffee makes you anxious because of the caffeine.. I started drinking matcha it still caffein but good for you .. My blood pressure lowered 20 points when I cut back on caffeine
