Fantastic... ! Brilliant.. ! I really enjoyed this video. Very impressed with many aspects, especially the skill of actually flying a twin jet with such amazing control. You could almost feel the joy of the two guys after the successful landing. The punchline, though... has to be at the very end when a little clip of a family Christmas flashed up........ It just made me think.. "You'll be in trouble when you show your wife that you recorded over the Christmas video".... I hope he wasn't.... I have been pulse-jet mad since childhood. I did my apprenticeship for a well known aircraft company. Now that I have retired, pulse-jet will be my passion. Thank you so much for posting this film...I don't think the quality interferes with the enjoyment at all... if anything, it adds to a special triumph and a rare moment of achievment... like an old film of past aviators. You honour your Father well. Thanks again for sharing something special with us.

Not exactly. Throttling is possible for pulse jet engines, but very limited, because of unstable working out of certain frequency range. So in smaller engines there are usually only 2 setups - idle or full throttle.
