Segen nice to see you back we missed you....will if I may suggest something in place of rice you can use Bulguur you can find it in arabic of some supermarket it waaaay healthier from rice rich in iron and fiber and it taste just like rice give it a go and wil love to hear from you otherwise everything you make is a must to try :)
