Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this meal prep! I was cooking in my kitchen and put together five meals to prepare me for the days ahead! The fudge, especially. haha I was feeling a bit behind so I needed to put in the work to get where I wanted to be as the homemaker of the household. The keeper of the home. I got to it and cleaned my house did laundry, tidied the kitchen after I cooked a few meals. I have a slow cooker meal which was super simple to throw together, and a marinade that was equally as easy! I also made some fudge with a crazy secret ingredient and my favorite was the breakfast casserole. I ate it for three days straight and it was delightful to have a nice healthy breakfast to eat that was full of protein and kept me full! Hope you enjoy cooking with me and all the meal prep involved in getting things straightened out!

Hey girl I learned from Rachel Ray to blend the Chipotles in Adobo up put them in a ziplock baggie flatten it out put it in the freezer and then when you need it again. Just break off pieces. Works Perfectly

Knorpp and South has a series from last year where she baked a pie a day for a month. You might want to check it out. Laundry, I hate it. What I did with my kids is each kiddo had their own hamper and I just would wash each kids' clothes and then fold it right out of the dryer. Their clothes would stay together.

One our favorite pie recipe. simple but yummy! has to chill overnight 2 boxes nabisco chocolate snaps 28 large marshmallows small can evaporated milk 1 square bakers chocolate 1 pt. medium cream 1. melt milk/chocolate/marshmallow in double boiler 2. cool 5 mins in refrigerator 3. beat medium cream 4. add to cool mixture. stir together 5.line pan with cookies. fill all space between. 6.add filling. chill overnight

My favorite thing I ever did was invest in sports bags for my almost 9 yo son. He has 2 bags since he plays 4 sports. We bought him the Adidas Stadium Sports backpack for soccer and basketball so he keeps everything in there altogether. Yes, even 2 pairs of cleats and his slides (it has great ventilation!) And then he has a baseball backpack. For football, he just keeps his helmet with his pads. Anyway, I think a bag, or even a 13x13 bin to put all the sports gear in, is a life saver! Especially once they get used to putting things 'where they belong' and don't have to depend on you as much to remember where everything goes. Hugs Kim, you're doing great. You are a super mom.

Chocolate chip pie is always a favorite with the kids (and many adults too!). 😎 Plus I had to work with a very SLOW painter who was in my house for nearly 4 months. He did a great job, but was always there! It drove me crazy so I really feel for you. So sorry and I think you’re doing an amazing job of keeping your sanity! Great video. Pies I make during the holidays are cherry, apple, pecan, pumpkin, and sugar pie. I get heavy cream and grandkids make butter in a jar. Also make oyster dressing (yuck yuck). Sometimes I'll make more dessert depending on how many is coming. The recipes you did look so yummy.
