Yeah I often only like them in smoothies. Not a huge banana fan in terms of on their own because I like juicier stuff at this point.

Is fruit affordable in your area? I said nontona 30$ watermelon 🍉 That included tax 6:28. That looked cute 😅

I guess it depends on what affordable means to you! Not at all compared to Thailand or Mexico for sure! I don't find much that is affordable in the US anymore. Many of my one fruit meals are around $4.

I took a sublingual for many years, bc I tested at one point and it was a little low. I take sporadically now.
