Hi Michele, just came across your video. It is very refreshing and honest. You are dressed modestly and do not have to show what a raw food diet will do to the body. Please keep up the good work. I just subscribed. Thank you and Blessings

Make videos about: Share things you eat in a day. Social situations. How much you eat? Your favourite meals. Did you build a community?

The mic messed with some of what I was trying to get across. Hopefully you can figure it out. I have Spanish and English on here so that’s part of the issue.

Hi Michele, thank you so much 4 this video. Just came across you yesterday & have been watching all your raw food videos plus some others also & liking them a lot. I would be curious if you have any tips on getting started on fruits/raw foods. I have been flip-flopping over the last few years & know I feel best on raw foods & like you I believe it's our species specific diet but find it hard to do consistently. I'm too influenced by what others think, people/family saying I was getting too thin, etc. But I think I'm learning by experiencing the contrast also of eating raw/mostly fruit & then eating cooked food. I would be curious also if you could share what you discovered about why it didn't seem to be working 4 you several years into the diet when you were having issues? I also like what you're saying about not listening to others too much as I've watched so many podcasts of peoples' healings/transformations with raw or juice fasting & often get inspired by them but then I begin to doubt it again of jusg find it too hard to maintain.. I like your videos & approach anyhow, very refreshing..:-)😊

Aw thanks so much! Did you see my transitioning to raw foods vid yet? kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2fOmqmjn8qFopo . I definitely understand it being hard with a lot of naysayers! I just made a video in response to the question about the period of time I had issues, and my best guess about what was going on- will post soon! Thanks for the question :). Being able to do what is easy for you to maintain daily seems so important. Too much pressure when something doesn't feel consistently doable can wear on a person I think, and take the joy out of it and make it feel harder. So just figuring out what you feel like you CAN do and stay feeling good and sticking with that for awhile, without the added pressure of being perfect or exact with it sounds so much nicer to me. And then maybe it will just happen 'progressing' eventually organically or it won't but it will be suited to you- custom made! Or maybe eventually you get tired of flopping, etc. Somehow I always naturally gravitated back to it even when I'd 'fall off' a little.

Thank you so much 4 this reply which is very helpful. Yes, I did watch your video that you mentioned, tks. I'm being reminded from your reply to be gentle with myself & just enjoy the process & maybe I will make the flup-flopping okay as I'm gaining valuable experience all the time with the contrast it brings & how my body feels in response. Your reply has given me a feeling of peace with it all in a way which is nice, a sense of lightness as it is a journey we're on after all & we don't have to havd thus life stuff all figured out or don't have to do it all perfectly even the diet & I think I get why you made the comment that its best not to listen to too many other people on this lifestyle as its our unique life journey & we need to be our own authority somehow perhaps & maybe i can be okay with flip-flopping until it naturally unfolds into something else or not😊❤

Hi Michelle. Another great video. I’m having challenges with what I think it’s detox. I’ve lived a Healthier life than many people through the years. I find it very challenging to feel like I have blood sugar issues, I just don’t feel right when most people who are raw seem to feel great. I am not totally raw yet, some days yes. The fruit seems to make me feel the worst. So far I’m maintaining my weight. I am at my 20 year old weight. I feel lighter and better from that standpoint. It seemed awesome my life I have felt better with vegetables. Salads don’t have much calories I have never been a calorie counter really are concerned myself with it. I’ve lost 25 or 30 pounds in the past two months. I have always maintained my weight with without trying. I did Go on one week gentle fast. During that time frame I was also experimenting with more fruit etc. my tummy can’t hold a lot at one time. I eat as much as I can however feel stuffed

Hey Ellen- thanks! What fruit are you eating when it's feeling the worst? Are you eating fat before that in the day at any point? I would likely need to know more details to take a guess what might be happening. I would say if you feel better with vegetables, then that's great that you know what feels good to you! I couldn't totally tell if you meant you were maintaining your weight after that big 25 lb weight loss? I don't love that feeling of feeling regularly stuffed, so I hear you on that. It sounds a little like there could be more complicated combinations happening in your stomach- but I would probably need a lot more info!

Raw food often comes out looking like it went in. Think about that.
