OMG it's so unhealthy...Where is salad? Where are the Veg? Pasta and Bread? Carbs plus Carbs...In my house..We serve pasta ..plus salad..of course kids will moan about it but it will sit with them when they grow up

I feed my chidren a balanced diet. Yes this week is not the healtiest of dinners but they have had plenty of fruit and veg through the week. And if you have seen a few of my other meals of the weeks you will see I serve a variety of foods to my children, but with children with additional you cannot make them eat something they won't eat. Any parent that has children with asd o eating disorders will tell you exactly the same, you will do what you need to do to get them to eat!
