A&E just signed me for my own series based on Texas executions and the last Meals I prepared. A minimum of 100 one hour episodes. Thanks for commenting brother. I might just be a millionaire soon. Watch for the series in a few months. The pilot episode will be the Karla Faye Tucker execution. Hope you become a regular fan. God bless 🙌

bling bling in the UK a man would get barley 1 year for assault
@doodlebob20234 ай бұрын
the craziest part is it was for an alleged rape. he said it was consensual and his ex wife said it wasnt. with no proof he accepted a plea for 15 years. a womans lie can ruin a mans life in america with zero proof or evidence. absolutely disgusting.

Brian ,I live in Auckland, New Zealand. NZ abolished the death penalty in the 1950's.I have seen your clips on youtube.I think the death penalty is barbaric. To think a court and judicial system would sanction the killing of another human is quite frankly abhorent. To me it goes against the very grain of what a judicial system should be.What you did for those condemned people was very kind in my books.regards Robbo :)

Kudos to Mr. Price for coping with his own incarceration in this unique and personal documentary. His wry humor, perhaps ghoulish at times, could possibly be his own emotional survival technique while witnessing the dire consequences of death row. Also, congratulations to Mr. Price for his continued success outside of those prison walls. His novel “The Price You Pay,” is a well-wrought tale, peppered with his view of the prison system. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

The whole idea of a 'last meal' is kinda morbid to my thinking.It's almost as if the prison authorities are saying,'See how civilised we are.We are gonna fry your ass,BUT at least we'll give you what you want to eat as a last meal'.Seems to me the authorities will do anything in order to make execution as 'palatable' as possible.

I use to take the food from the kitchen to the bull ring,the convicts food went through old east building,and i would take the directors food to the wardens office, they no longer cook meals for the convict, he gets what they have on the menu,they only cook for the directors,wardens and the execution team
@brianprice29322 жыл бұрын
Yep...one of the kitchen CO'S would deliver the actually last meal through old east building. I used to prepare all the other food for the Wardens office etc also. They used to request my 🌮🌮. I send around 80 of them. Heck of a deal eh Mark! Hope you are doing well bro..😎

Eliminate the death penalty. I hate how people think that by having the death penalty it saves 'law abiding tax payers' money. Executing a person actually costs more.
@robosborne71035 жыл бұрын
here in NZ we abolished the death penalty in the 1950's .We had a mass shooting in Christchurch a few months back.Both political parties both socialist and conservative passed gun laws immediately restricting the sale of semi automatic weapons. Our government collectively didnt f#ck around or let the Gun lobby try to hinder things.America should learn from New Zealand !!

Not sure that's entirely true. Compare the numbers of major shootings in the UK in the last say 10 years, where we don't have the right to bare arms, with the number in the USA, where you do.
@gemmanorth511011 жыл бұрын
Am I the only person that thinks it's a little bit messed up to be making a joke about something like that?
@lostindiancamp11 жыл бұрын
I think those on death row should have to read all the books written by the families of victims that have been killed. Let the killers see what the innocent people go through. Who gives a shit about what the killer goes through.
@ginojap11 жыл бұрын
It's true. And there is still the possibility to make mistake and kill innocent people (happen often than people think). It's better a criminal alive than an innocent executed. The government can't lower itself at the level of a criminal. This is just barbaric. Death penalty lasts only in USA, China and Africa and often is just a system to kill who has different opinion. Life imprisonment with the forced work is tougher than death penalty but there is still possibility to correct mistakes.

I've got to say,in the greater scheme of things this is fairly low down on the list of importance.Though I do take your point,the situation does seem to be biased in favour of the prisoner's wishes.As the author of the cook book said,they only actually receive what's available in the prison kitchen,so any 'outlandish' requests will be dressed up to look like what's been asked for.But yeah,it does seem as if the victim of the crime becomes almost irrelevant.
