Eight minutes can be overlooked especially as he came in early to assist his employers. Without him coming in early might result in the building not being allowed to open because the fire inspection had not been done.
@ericdavis9788 Жыл бұрын
"What did I do to deserve this?" she asks. Lemme break it down: She harassed a man for no good reason, berated him for coming in early to let the fire inspector in, fired him for leaving just a few minutes early for his daughter's birthday, even though there are others who for all any of them know, leave even earlier than he did, and it never even occurred to her that he's one of the most hardworking employees in that entire building. Honestly, Clay has more dedication and integrity to his job in his right thumb than Easton has in her entire body.

If the fire inspectors weren't let into the building the time "THEY" needed to be there, they principle and the whole school will be in trouble. You DO NOT mess with fire or safety officials. They like to get those inspections done before to many people shoe up for work and before the students get there.

I had a toxic supervisor once who called me in her office to tell me that I left work 30 seconds to early. She then went on to switch the clock on the wall from the standard black n white hands clock to a digital one where the seconds counted down. She also made the employees tell her when you were going to the bathroom & when you came back. Sometimes she would even follow you to the bathroom smh. The last time she followed me I said you wanna she me ISH??? Of course I got sent to upper management smh.
@geraldross967 Жыл бұрын
I had one of those educated fools do that to me. It seem every time he was on a phone call I would loudly proclaim I was headed to the bathroom and what I was going to do. Then I would come back to his office to let him know I was returning from the bathroom and that "everything came out alright". He didn't take too long to belay that order. Malicious compliance is my hobby.

All male and female employers must treat all male and female janitors equally, kindly, fairly, respectfully, gratefully, helpfully, and generous. They cannot act like Joan Crawford fighting Bette Davis for no reason. How would they like if this happened to them. If they ever did something like that to me even if I did become a High School Janitor, not only I will not forgive them, but also they cannot treat all special needs men and women this way even if they become High School Janitors. Now how difficult is this?

I understand perfectly, I worked at a company for over 20 years with no write ups until they hired a new General manager. One day she wrote the whole kitchen up for stupid mistakes that we did because she told us to, in the 6 months I worked for her she wrote me up at least 5 times, made me cancel doctor appointments (which by the way is illegal). I finally had enough one morning at 6:30am she started yelling and cursing at me. I took my apron off, laid it on the table and walked out the door. I filed for unemployment and she tried to have it denied because I walked out, what she didn't listen to was that I had an FLMA in my file because of anxiety. I won at the hearing and she had to pay me unemployment, less than 8 months later she was fired but not before 3 other people I worked with followed me out the door!! Karma is a bitch!!
