38:50 Kate talking about brain and body being disconnected is such a specific and extreme expression of body dysmorphia, one I only felt after very invasive spinal fusion surgery where my whole body was forcibly realigned and in incredible pain. For anyone to feel/experience that about their own healthy body, especially high school girls, is just heartbreaking. I'll have to rewatch all of it because that brings such a tragic, almost unnoticable dimension to Karen's character and I really want to see the work Kate puts into the body language and Sexy.
