Argh, not seen either, but it's interesting ;). My father's passion was cinema and it's thanks to him, that I have some notions, even if he is no longer present in my life. His favorite movie was Steven Spielberg's Duel. Sorry for my bad english.

This episode was golden. Just hearing Maisie's laugh was a highlight. I haven't heard her laugh like that since her vine days.😂

Another fabulous episode! When I saw you create the poll for the season finale, I was afraid the season was about to end, but I'm glad we still got some more legendary eps 🌠.This film reminds me of my childhood days, when the most important thing in school seemed to stay in the biggest social group, and dominate the other groups. It was no less than a game of thrones (no pun intended, Maisie 🗡), with our group competing with the rival group to get one of their members to join us and reduce their numbers. I remember having long "strategy calls" with my fellow group members, pacing around my house's drawing room, climbing the stairs 🤣. I was so depressed when our group fell one member less than a rival group. The group was a pillar of support, but was not without its drawbacks, as when I fell at odds with the group, the same pillar sharpened into a thorn. Now, I can still hang out with groups at times, but never depend on them. I'm still a little iffy about remakes, as some look like just a cash grab, using the popularity of existing films, but as an aspiring filmmaker I can see the desire to recreate a movie you find interesting, thinking what you could do different.

Have you done an episode on cats? I can't find any… The movie looked so horrendous, up to now I couldn't force myself to watch it. But the musical is just the best thing Pop Culture ever made. To adapt a series of poems, and TS Eliot's poems by all means, and adapt them well, and then construct a weird story about cats wanting to die to be reborn, that Most people don't even know about, because we all are distracted by those dancing cats - genius. I wasn't blown away by Mean Girls, though it was fun, but I prefer other teen movies like Adventureland or Perks of Being a Wallflower. I feel like maybe the american high school experience is quite unique and doesn't translate to well to a lot of other countries, and Mean Girls maybe focuses in on that experience more than the other movies… Or maybe I was just too old when I watched it first.
