I had a teacher like this but he wasn’t constantly hitting rulers one day I was in class and my now ex detached something from the wall whilst the teacher wasn’t looking so I tried to fix it of course he turned around to see me fixing it and shouted at me for breaking it I told him I didn’t I was too short to even reach so he got a big ruler fixed the thing with it then without warning walked right up to my desk ( I was sitting next to my ex) and slammed the metal ruler on the table I swear to god i wish I had put my hands out so he’d hit me and I could say something thing is tons of kids saw me ex doing the thing but didn’t say anything along with my ex I dumped him straight after cause he’d already been getting me into trouble and he did at some points hit me. P.s. I know it’s fake😂
