I play like version you played, i think for minor nations, the national focus very shit. Like only can build one factory from trees focus and if you want more please have 4 more factories, how can i do conquest the world even i can build anything and the major countries have biggest army and weapon. I like the old version one. In newest version. Only the major nations can be fun for play. As enjoyers rebel and minor don't hope more for this mod.
