Amen brother ! I as well was raised catholic and feel the same as you. I have walked away from it now. I know some family members talk about my husband and I behind our back. It bothered me for a while but I must be true to myself. I believe that this is between myself and my creator. God knows what’s in my heart. I’m 62 Jenny , I was exposed to the overman (alien to some)since the Hudson valley sightings in 1983. They are here . I feel soon the planet is going to change overnight. My German heritage has too much nationalism. I feel that happening globally now, as overcrowding forces socialism. We should not forget nature, farming, and tribal qualities. People can feel empty, like a number, than a person. Uncle Sam, Papa Smurf, we still feel those connections sometimes. Vague, blending in can get.. numb.. we need neu mericals, aftermath calculator, pro verbs, Alfalfa sprouts, alphabet soup, and electric eels. For A.I. , push 2025 A.D. ! God has answers.. yes, this may be like a Germany earth, overcrowding, well, we need better answers. Maybe God wants us brave, and to fight for what we love. God is keeping you alive, stay kept. Even thoughts matter, part of your feelings. Very important and spiritual. Help is wanted in the peace work and love work depts. Even during Armageddon.. stay true, be strong. Hope this helps!

Some people are tomatoes, some are plums. Some are like onions, and have layers. Some onions have two cores. Onions are more advanced, but a good onion doesn't make people cry unnecessarily. ! Tomato, tomottoe, taters and 'maters. Be solid, but if you don't like who you are, slowly make those changes to grow and be who you want to be. Keep all your hats and skills possible. To thine own self be true, and a few others if possible. It's nice to have trust like that. Trust in God, stay patient, helpful, positive, have fun, stay strong, be thankful, Shalom!

My autistic son was his true self no meter what. From 3 yo when he start talking to 37 when he died he never wore a single mask except the alcoholic one. He drunk to cope with his internal refusal to put masks on his face. 😢
