I ran into these guys at the watering hole. They're all very nice. Wade gave me some valuable advice and coaching after little luck for a couple days on Mearns. Decided to stay one more day and found six coveys the next day. Thanks Wade! My goal was the AZ slam and was able to get it with some good advice. I think last year was a tough year for Mearns based on all the people I ran into.

We packed in 25 gallons for the dogs and people. Probably the toughest part logistically.

Sylmar fits my smaller GSP (Esky) a little better and CUGA fits my little larger GSP (Gitche). Matt's Libby was wearing a CUGA.
