Hi! Fahad. To check the length of the curve you can use the measure tool , that you can find in the command panel utility tab. For the units you may go to customize menu- unit setup.

Hi building the Titanic. Making the rigging you have to be very accurate. But the spline is say is 2in wide if you input that, its comes out a foot across or the measurement does not show at all if you use the spinner? Not very accurate at all.

Can you use the resulting value of the tape measure to drive animations? Like take the distance and use that to rotate a separate gear? I'm not having success using 'wire parameters' from the tape measure length to connect it to the rotation of another object.
