H=Horizontal, V=Vertical. They're using the words horizontal and vertical in their instructions also. Pay attention before criticizing.

This does not provide any USEFUL information. You have the door size, so now ask a vendor for the size of door you require for the hole, well duh!!!!

Picadura Pica you should be able to trim doors to your exact measurement.

58 3/4 opening will not have a standard bifolds that would fit. That would be 2 - 30 's And they are 59 1/2 wide total. So somewhere you have to cut the sides off to get another 1 1/2 inch. Since bifolds are 1 inch narrower than the finished opening. This video is misleading or you have to pay a machine fee (75.00 a door around here) to get them trimmed to fit.
