Just raise the jack plate. You don't have to move the motor.

Same result . However, the motor wasn't originally mounted in the center hole. So, now the motor is better balanced onto the jackplate compared to its previous location. Thanks for watching!

raise the jackplate 1" no need to re mount the engine in a different hole.

Why not just adjust the jackplate? You know you can raise the mortor using that jackplate.

Is that a 20 or 25” shaft??

I think it's a 20" shaft. You have to measure from the base of the water pump to the top of the shaft. Thanks for watching!!

The prop shaft should at least be even with the pad, with the right prop, with the set back you have shouldn’t have trouble getting water
