Alhumdelilallah Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters. Sheikh Belal. I really appreciate this lecture. Jazāk Allāhu khayrā. This is really helpful and insightful you are bringing so much positivity to the Uma and other people. I can't help but admire you for your intelligence and hard work and bringing everything together. Islam has a very strong message about balance... and to stay away from the excessive...either way for the good or the bad. You have proven yourself to be a strong capable man... and leader... of the UMA .. May Allah Subahannua wa ta ala. rewarded for your loving kind heart. ❤ We all experience anger sometimes and you are not in trouble for being honest. However I do not think 44 Kg is a healthy weight for me. ( Lol )or the other sisters but okay ... We can always try to do better... Ma Sha Allah. Any encouragement or guidance in the Quran to be a better person and get closer to Allah most mercifully, empowers many brothers and sisters. It is why I have chosen Islam and to marry a Muslim man. This is amazing knowledge masha’allah I would just like to comment about the ideal weight, you can’t put a general rule for weight, everybody has a specific ideal weight which takes bares in mind other things. if I used the rule you, brother recommend I would end up in the hospital, the only time I reach my ideal weight when I was at my lowest point in my eating disorder. So if you would please research this around this information before spreading it, as it might be harmful to a lot of people but I might be wrong and Allah Knows best. Gazak Allah Khier.

WaSalam sister/brother, jazak. Yes, I am aware of this. This is my personal opinion and experience though. Many appear that way, and many misdiagnose. It needs a well trained person who has studied it well and knows the difference between different types of epilepsies and seizures. Unfortunately, many cannot tell the difference between psychological illnesses, sihr, the eye or the reality of an definition of Thai thing called ‘mass’ or ‘possession’. I do not deny occupancies of such jinn related phenomena, but most are not diagnosed or treated properly. I did this for many years actually.
