I am really disappointed at the amount of inaccuracies in your information. As an educator you need to ensure you are teaching people the truth and not scaring people for no reason. Cattle have not been fed animal biproducts for many years, ever since the BSE situation. Cattle producers are not so stupid that they would buy grain at inflated prices and sell their animals at deflated products. We wouldn't be in business for long if that were the case. When an animal is given antibiotics, it is prohibited from going to market until such time as the vet deems the drugs are out of its system.

I'm dissapointed that you have yet to provide any links to information that supports your assertions. I also believe that the onus is on you to provide proof that what you claim is true since I learned this long ago at the collegiate level & yet this is the 1st time since then that anyone has claimed the information provided is incorrect. Thanks in advance for your cooperation in this very important manner.

Feeding a cow grain does not change its genetic makeup. Physical properties yes, not genetic.
