I have the Kitchen Basics version of this and other than the Norpro tamper (which is better) it looks to be pretty much the same machine. Thanks for the video, because it helped secure my thoughts that this was going to be a handy little toy. Like the others, though......waiting for the pasta video. Your machine has more options for pasta, but at least I could see it in action.

+Raven Reeves Yes Raven, this is also great for making pasta we are working on a video to show this use. In the meantime you can see our Recipe and Instruction Tab on norpro.com. Insert your homemade dough in the hopper and then fit with a disc for either penne, Tagliatelle/Fettuccine, Fusilli/Spiral, Rigatoni or Spaghetti.

The instructions on the last page list the pasta attachments and the disc for each pasta. Instead of placing the meat grinding blade and metal meat plates insert a disc for the pasta you want feed your pasta dough in the hopper and turn the handle. There is also a recipe for the pasta dough in the instructions booklet on norpro.com.

nice machine i wish for we Asians it have grinding plate to make Vermicelli Noodles , or you can add it to do list of this machine v2 ............ currently their is no electronic machine for making Vermicelli Noodles so it will be good for your company business to make one affordable thanks
