Oh dear , I am curious as to where you live ? Because where I live button mushrooms are the cheapest ones you can buy , they are so much so cheap that I consume at least two kilograms weekly. A tip for all mushrooms is to take them out of the refrigerator at least fifteen minutes before use and exposed them to sun , this will enhance the vitamin D. Also for best results when cooking the mushrooms in a dry pan without fat browning then add fat.

Those "Trumpet Mushrooms" are actually more like "Oyster Mushrooms" . I know that in Korea Bell Peppers are called Paprika...so maybe there was a mistranslation.

Man, I get really nervous when people hold knives improperly when cutting. - Pinch grip is the most standard: using your thumb and first finger to grip the metal part of the knife (not the handle). Grabbing the handle provides no control or leverage. - The free hand should only expose your knuckles and not your fingers. Knuckles against the metal part of the blade and protect your fingers. - Seems counter intuitive, but dull knives are more prone to accidents. They'll tend to slip off and cut yourself where sharp knives will cut through the object.
