While you can argue that this isn't "grammatically correct" art isn't beholden to any conventions, it can be abstract and interpretive. In this case, I believe that the peculiar dialect the author employs with this line is tongue in cheek, as if to say, "I understand the conventions and *choose* to ignore them." In humorous juxtaposition to the sublimely articulate language used in the rest of the composition.
