Meaty Ginataang Puso ng Saging! 🍌💕Ang Sarap Nito Sauce pa Lang Ulam Na! 💯✔

Ginataang puso ng saging is a coconut milk based dish of banana heart stew with slice pork or ground pork. Cooking this vegetable dish is quite easy and requires only a few and basic ingredients. The only tricky part is preparing the banana heart.
Ingredients:
1 kilo Puso ng Saging
1/4 kilo ground pork
1 and 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup water or 2nd piga ng niyog
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. patis
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 pc shrimp cube or bouillon
