I 100% agree. I have a 6 star cheetah which I upgraded when it was still a light mech. Light mechs are the most expensive mechs to upgrade and it’s now a medium mech

We can get 40 acoins per day 30nacoins from the vedios watching and 10 from 200 credits and weekly we will get around 320-400 acoins per week from only saily and weekly

I personally believe that this new progress system will destroy the game! For new players it will be extremely hard to reach top tiers and unlock and obtain the robots that they want and also it will cost them greatly and the whole process will take forever... Which is not a good thing at all because most of the players won't have the patience that it's needed to do that!

Sounds good, but I feel like having to upgrade weapons and mechs of each tier to a certain rank before being able to unlock the next tier is too slow, especially since it can get very expensive with mechs that have a rarity similar or higher than RARE, and getting the resources needed for leveling up can take very long for F2P people.

Here are some suggestions : - Hangar Swap button (Allows you to rotate between 2 different hangars). This is much needed for Multiple Game play modes that exist currently. - Hangar Background (I wouldn't mind paying for Cool Animated Backgrounds, Which gives us a chance to customize our Hangars) - Stickers (Mechs should be able to be painted with different and cool looking Stickers that we earn as Bonuses for completing Challenging Missions)

Sounds good but the this is that the main problem is that this are super expensive and upgrading to three star aries is about 1,200 a coins so if some things can get a re-balance and better price range then I would be all up to it but things in the game are getting very complicated but I believe that you guts will listen to use and change to a game we all want to be in .

But here the biggest problem is we will be upgrading the mechs and weapons we don't need to progress to the next tier . Like take the example u gave in the video about upgrading slingshot and plasma cannons but for real nobody wants these two and would be just wasting money upgrading them to five stars and after the new tier unlocks the mech will still cost acoins to unlock so its just another system to waste our acoins and i am just so sad nobody realises this 😔.

Question: how many weapons/mechs will be in each tier? Because the more in a tier, the cheaper it will be to advance ti the next, as you have to still sink considerable, but not end-game resources on stuff you likely may not want. For example, it's cheaper to upgrade 2 things to 3 stars and 1 to four than upgrade 2 things to 5 stars. Making sure there are more than 2 things per tier (assuming most times will only cost 10 stars to unlock), will make the new path both cheaper and more fair, while still very much benefiting those who spend money.

I mean, I like the idea of having to upgrade ranks on mechs to earn stars to unlock tiers. I like how that would make you use mechs you would probably never used on the game and weapons alike; however, this can become very expensive on in-game player resources the higher the tier, I believe. If only you guys could make things like credits and perhaps a-coins easier available than the grinding in tourney, I believe this iteration of the progress system could be sound and fair. I think the derbies and sponsored videos to earn rewards is a good step towards that last point I mentioned, but only if the rewards could be a little better...

This seems honestly like a very good idea if it's well balanced. However, I am wondering if players would get "credit" for the items they'd have missed in the progress path and obtain them upon this change going through, or if they would essentially have gotten fewer rewards than a newer player would upon going through the progress path.

I hope you think about it , a lot of players like him very much but now it is very difficult for them to deal with anyone give him a buff , he deserves it he has 2 effects , why not become epic or legendary ? For some reason, i already have the update. Certain mechs and weapons will be paid for to acquire, such as fragment gun, and brickhouse and arachnos will be support mechs. Also, the mech and weapons tier stars will be synced, so if you unlock a mech/weapon, you will also receive a weapon/mech with it. If you unlock the tiers in mechs, you will unlock the tiers for weapons with it.

I'm just gonna say this after reading the Q&A today (which never involved any real players questions) the new progress system is a horrible idea to make all of us players have to spend even more money to unlock items that are already available and masking everything by saying "this will make all mechs and weapons available to everybody" when everything is already available to everybody but the difference is that you will have to rank up mechs and weapons that you dont want to just to get something that you do want. The difference being having to spent a 5 times the money to get what you want. This is ridiculous! I dont understand why they cant see they are killing their own game!! I spend A LOT of money already and now I'm stopping as soon as this hits and finding another game cause these changes are completely unnecessary and one of the most greedy ideas camouflaged as something good for us when its absolutely not! Hate this game is going down like this😢 I had high Hope's for this one but guess people are never going to change! Smh

Sólo me queda una pequeña espinilla (molestia) y es que estaría bueno, ya que ahora funcionará por categorías, que estén desbloqueados los mech de la categoría que "ya desbloqueamos" por ejemplo, si ya desbloqueamos un mech de categoría cinco estrellas, que estén desbloqueados todos los de cinco estrellas, esto no significa que ya lo tengamos que tener adquiridos en nuestro inventario, sino que, estaría bueno que estuvieran desbloquearlos y ya, solamente nos quedaría: comprarlos al mismo precio que estaban y mejorarlos

This update is stupid, for free to play players like me its painfully slow to get enough acoins to rank up. All of my opponents have disc launchers, so i was saving up to get the disc launcher i saved up 550000 credits(it costs 828000). Now i cant get them. it is in tier 5 and im still in tier 3.. The cost of ranking up should be reduced so that players like me can enjoy the game. im still really frustrated..

Will we have to purchase the weapon after unlocking a tier? Also i found out something while playing this game,it is all about A.I. s,the more weapons and mechs you buy/obtain,more difficult A.I.,the more stars you have,more difficult A.I.,the higher your division is,more difficult A.I.,the more mech slots you have(even if it is empty or not),more difficult A.I. I dont know if your XP on your progress path affects the A.I. BUT COME ON, JUST MAKE THE MATCHMAKING DEPEND ON YOUR SQUAD POWER LIKE I HAVE A >1100 SQUAD POWER(because I am a free to play player, I only spend money on buying mech or weapons, not on upgrading them) THEN I PLAY A MATCH,ITS KINDA A NORMAL MATCH WITH AI THAT ALMOST HAVE >1200 SQUAD POWER, I LOST THEN I TRIED LIMITING DOWN TO ONE MECH WHICH KINDA HAVE >300 POWER THEN I TRIED PLAYING AND THEN I AM MATCHED WITH A.I. STILL HAVING >1200 SQUAD POWER,THAT'S WHAT MADE ME DELETE THE GAME. And now this new "tiers" mechanic will get people to spend because of more difficult A.I.s because more weapons/mechs/stars you have=more difficult A.I. So PLEASE make your matchmaking system dependent on only your squad power. I KNOW THIS WILL REALLY MAKE A BIG CHANGE IF YOU DO THIS

Think of all the a coins you'll need to spend just to get to epic (tier 4) not even legendary, noticed how they said "say 12 stars" which mean it's gonna be alot more... this is gonna make the game more p2p, if totally f2p the grind will be incredibly long to get to legendary stuff let alone epic... like I've been playing for over 18 months and I just looked according to what's said in this video I'd have 4 stars towards tier3 so not even rare stuff will be unlocked for me unless of course I buy what I want, or I rank up 6 other uncommon things once , this is a very very big step backwards for f2p and p2p. It hurts every demographic in the gane except whales really.

RIP F2P players. Ranking up mechs and weapons is going to take FOREVER and ranking up mechs and weapons you don't use / aren't good is a WASTE of precious resources. Mainly, super rare A-Coins. I doubt any current player will benefit from switching to this new system. How will Plarium account for current users? If we've unlocked a mech/weapon on the old path but haven't acquired/bought it, will we simply lose that progress?? Will Plarium reduce the A-Coin cost of ranking "early" mechs and weapons to enable progress?? Make A-Coins more available?? Or just force us to make BIG investments in mechs/weapons that we don't need/use?

I think this is an incredible new update. I personally got locked out of my old account that had a non-p2w obtained killshot and panther. I loved those mechs and realizing I couldn't get them in a new account without paying money was really sad. So this is super exciting for me. Hope this update comes out soon!

At this point I can confirm, the game is going to dead fall really really hard..!! STUPIDITY.. I fail to understand what the ffff… developers are trying to do with these weird updates since last few months? They are more interested in throwing illogical things to players that they want to do rather than focusing on what exactly the game should be like in support of fans and players.. They seem to be completely clueless about the community needs and wants. They are hardly interested in developing things which fans and hardcore players want.. I can certainly tell all they care about is money now, they are making things harder and harder to compete and grind for players so that you feel frustrated and end up spending tons of money to speed up.. If I hadn’t invested some money in this game and grinded so hard since last few months I would have uninstalled and deleted this game forever.. total frustration and nerve wrecking game that takes toll on your mind after certain point..

The fact that you have left the old progress path and just placed more ressources on it is an amazing idea. I love it, it makes tier system less annoying since it does take a while to upgrade stuff. But here are the questions. What about people who bought mechs or weapons from different tiers for example lower tier railgun and a higher tier Bastion (this is a speculative example) do I still get access to the higher tier if I have an item there? And what if I have full item list from the higher tier but my previous tier has only one or two items and technically doesn't unlock the access to the next tier? Also, love the sponsor ship adds in the shop. It provides with extra A-coins from daily tasks

So players will now be REQUIRED to buy mechs and weapons and invest in them to progress despite the fact that most early game items are entirely useless later on. The near useless early game mechs and weapons will mostly go unused later on and burn through credits and A-coins. This will only push players to either leave or put in some money that may later be useless as well. And older players better get properly compensated for their work and the things that are already upgraded. If not then there will be some serious backlash. Otherwise, love the sweater Freyja!

Tbf this is MUCH better than the old version. If you wanted a mech that wasn’t on the progress path, you’d pay 10+ dollars or wait a while to get it for 3. Now you can still do that, BUT you can play tournaments to get A-coins and buy the mechs. Yeah it will take awhile but now you can get whatever you want.
