BRACU is by far the best compared to IUB. It’s better than NSU in many aspects. Study at BRACU.

Sorry I’m not much familiar with this institution. But aviation is a highly specialised course. And I know there aren’t many airlines institutions in Bangladesh in this area. Better to check some expert/students from this field who can provide you better information.

ME has good opportunities in Australia. But getting PR is dependant on many other factors for example - age, IELTS, previous education.

In Bangladesh there is no university which is good for mechanical

The obvious names would be NSU/BRACU/AIUB. Graduates from these institutions are leading the IT sector in Bangladesh and some of them are doing very well overseas too. But the term IT sector is broad, so you have to be more specific on which segment of IT sector you are referring to.

Both are very good choices. Cyber security has a good demand abroad. In Bangladesh, IPE currently has more opportunities in my opinion.
